Minor in Dance

Students majoring in another field may minor in dance by completing the following requirements. Minor programs must include a minimum of 9 credits in upper division courses (300-400 level). Dance minors must take any level dance from three categories including ballet, modern and jazz. Performance classes must also include a choreography course. Student must also practice teaching their knowledge of dance and learn history of dance to finish the minor.
