Body - Mind Wellness

The group is based on facilitating body-mind integration to help with emotional regulation and reducing stress. Through a blend of gentle yoga movements and other mindfulness practices, the participants will develop skills for being present in the moment and managing difficult emotions.

Taming Your Procrastination and Perfectionism

This is a therapy group for people struggling with procrastination and/or perfectionism. This group starts on 09/06/2012 and runs for 5 weeks with a new group starting the week after. If you put off or avoid doing something that must be done; or you set a standard of performance that is so high it is almost impossible to reach, this group is for you.
