| Description of Workshop: One-on-one training. This teacher has a computer which was giving her significant trouble. Some programs had ceased to work, the printer didn't work, etc. She went through the steps needed to remove bad software, organize files, uninstall unwanted programs and otherwise maintain the computer. |

| Description of Workshop: This teacher asked me to come and teach her how to copy files onto a CD. We backed up several files from her computer. I then taught her how to use video from United Streaming. She also wanted to know how to use the wide format printer, so I taught her how. |

| Description of Workshop: Superintendent Hardy needed to know how to post changes to the district website using Microsoft Frontpage. I showed him how and then let him try it. I also created a Camtasia Movie and posted it on the website so he and other tech coordinators could refer to it if necessary. |

| Description of Workshop: One-on-one training. We used a computer that had crashed and went through all the processes learned about before to reformat, reinstall the OS, reinstall drivers, etc. We had some unique challenges getting the computer to work. We had to put the hard drive into another computer to format it and find working drivers. |
