How I support the consortium:
LaMont is a pioneer in the field of information technology in education. He has written widely in the area of learning technology and is the founding editor of the national, refereed journal, Computers in the Schools. He teaches courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level on using information technology to change the teaching and learning process. Additionally, LaMont works extensively with rural school districts in Nevada. He and a colleague recently spent two years conducting over 100 workshops across the state on how to use the Internet in the classroom. |
