I also created a Camtasia Movie and posted it on the website so he and other tech coordinators could refer to it if necessary. |

We used a computer that had crashed and went through all the processes learned about before to reformat, reinstall the OS, reinstall drivers, etc. We had some unique challenges getting the computer to work. We had to put the hard drive into another computer to format it and find working drivers. |
