Professional Development

The University will develop and deliver one full day district trainer workshop per month during the school year.  UNR is responsible for hiring expert instructors, making all arrangements and conducting workshop evaluations.  The workshop instructors are pulled from UNR faculty and staff, master trainers from other districts, private consultants and trainers. 

The district trainers will in turn agree to provide four workshops per academic year to the teachers in their districts.  The schedule for these workshops can be found here.  The content of those workshops is determined by the needs assessment.
