The Division of Dance is proud to present their
Fall 2014 Dance Series
Site Specific Dance Works
This year’s Fall Dance Festival, presented by the Department of Theatre and Dance, explores a new and exciting format. Faculty and selected student choreographers will present site specific dance works to be performed in two different on-campus locations, bringing performance off the stage and into the architecture of every day life. Audiences will meet at a designated building and will “tour” the space, viewing performances in different environments, from stairwells to hallways and beyond. The shifting frame for these dance works will allow audiences to see familiar and cherished campus environments in a new light.
Performances will be on October 24 and 25 at 5pm and 7pm
(one performance in each location)
