The financial aid application is free and information about applying for financial aid is readily available on the Web, through the Financial Aid office, your lender or your guarantor. International Affairs Scholarships

Adriano Lucatelli International Affairs Scholarship

The Adriano Lucatelli scholarship is open to International Affairs majors at UNR. Students must have a GPA of 3.25 or better overall at the time of application and throughout the award year. This scholarship is open to both U.S. residents and non­residents, although preference is given to students from Switzerland.

Adriano Lucatelli International Affairs Internship

The Adriano Lucatelli Internship is open to International Affairs Majors at UNR. Students receiving the award must intern at the Northern Nevada International Center (www.nnic.org) where up to six UNR internship credits may be earned toward the International Affairs major (optional).  This internship is open to both US residents and non-residents, although preference is given to students from Switzerland.

Judy Nowland Chase and Harry M. Chase Jr. Scholarship

Requirements:

  • International Affairs major
  • UNR grade point average of 3.0 or above
  • Junior or Senior Standing
  • Full-time status (12 credits or more per semester)

College of Liberal Arts Study Abroad Scholarship

Beverly and Clint Howard Scholarship for Study Abroad
USAC Liberal Arts Scholarship

Award Amounts:
Up to $1,000 for fall/spring semester or year $500 for summer

Requirements:

  • A major in a department in the College of Liberal Arts
  • A UNR grade point average of 3.0 or above
  • Sophomore, junior, or senior standing
  • Acceptance to an accredited study-abroad program that offers college-level credits
  • Completion of at least 12 credits at UNR
