Bachelor of Music, Music Education Major
Suggested Course Load
Elementary General Music Education Emphasis
The General Course Catalog offers sample schedules for students entering the program in fall of an odd-numbered year (2011, 2013. etc.). Even numbered years will be somewhat different, so you MUST see your advisor. The outline in the Catalog should serve as a guide -- a sample -- as you plan your courses, but is not a substitute for advising. Although some of the requirements will be different, Voice and Instrumental Music Education students can get a sense of what their course load will be like. All Music Education Majors should meet with the coordinator of the Music Education program each term as you plan for the following semester.
Since degree requirements and course offerings can change from year to year, consult the General Course Catalog for your appropriate school year's requirements and suggestions.
