WIFREDO
DE RÀFOLS, associate professor, received his M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University
and Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis. He teaches a
wide variety of courses in Spanish literature, culture, and literary
theory, and serves on various university, college, and departmental
committees. He has delivered numerous conference papers in the United
States and Spain and published widely within his area of specialization
-- 19th- and 20th-century Spanish literature. His publications examine
works by Zorrilla, Pérez Galdós, Valle-Inclán,
and Jiménez. His general research interests include hermeneutics,
artificial reading, and bias studies. |
