  3. Foreign Language (0-14 credits)
    Students must successfully complete a fourth semester college course in a foreign language or demonstrate proficiency as determined by placement examination, or other means, by the department of foreign languages and literatures.

IV. MINOR REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM) (18 credits)
Complete any University approved minor, or complete a program of criminal justice related courses.
