legal advice and assistance in post-conviction relief and civil rights matters

Arbitrator, 1988 tax year, appointed under state law to
arbitrate appeals from real property tax assessments, El Paso County,
Colorado. Held formal hearings, swore in
witnesses and made rulings on evidence, rendered binding written decisions.
