Linda
Salzman-Sagan
Linda Salzman-Sagan is an artist and award-winning screenwriter
with 14 years of experience in feature films and television.
She is a member of the Writers Guild of America.
She collaborated with Carl Sagan on several of his books
and co-authored Murmurs of Earth (1978). She
is the artist behind the plaque on the Pioneer 10 spaceship.
Ms. Salzman Sagan did extensive research for the Pulitzer
Prize-winning book Dragons of Eden by Carl Sagan.
Passionate about the theater, she directed a number
of plays for the Central Casting Theater in Ithaca,
NY. Her son, Nick Sagan, is a writer and currently works
in New York. Linda taught screenwriting at Truckee Meadows
Community College in Reno.
