Mr. Brad Lucas
A doctoral candidate in the English department, Brad Lucas is completing his dissertation on post-WWII research practices in the field of Composition and Rhetoric.

After completing his B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champain, he earned his M.A. in English from Southwest Texas State University and an M.L.I.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.

While at UNR, he has taught courses in English, Western Traditions, Engineering, and Holocaust, Genocide & Peace Studies.

"I want to be a part of the Center for HGPS because it addresses the fundamental bridges between culture and politics, history and language, and inviduals ad institutaions. A multidisciplihnary effort, it draws on strengths from across the curriculum to attempt a monumental mission."
