How to Add, Delete, or Change a Prerequisite, Corequisite or Recommended Preparation

If you have any questions, technical assistance is available through the UCCC secretary at 682-8076 or the Provost's office at 784-4710.

If you want to make ONLY a prerequisite, corequisite or recommended preparation change, complete the Request for Change to Course Prerequisite, Corequisite or Recommended Preparation form.

    Provide:
  1. the submitter's name and signature
  2. the course prefix and number
  3. the current course description including prerequisite, corequisite and recommended preparation
  4. the new prerequisite, corequisite or recommended preparation
  5. the rationale for the change
  6. whether or not the course is part of the Core Curriculum
  7. department/college approvals
