The Letter of Recommendation Service (LRS)

LRS is a service that assembles letter of recommendation packets for students applying to graduate and professional school.

LRS Closure Notification

Due to the budget reductions the state is experiencing, Career Development will cease operation on June 30, 2009. For this reason, no new Letters of Recommendation Service (LRS) files will be opened after July 1, 2008.

For current open files, we will continue to provide the service until March 31, 2009. For those of you looking for a letter copying and distribution service, we recommend you consider Interfolio, an online credentials management service; information can be found at http://www.interfolio.com

We are working on procedures to close out active files. We should have a process delineated by September 1, 2008.
