There are many resources available to assist you with your internship search:
Register with Career Development's Career Navigator to search for available internships. Career Navigator is Career Development's centralized database of internships and employment opportunities. Employers post their opportunities directly through our website. After registering with Career Development, University of Nevada, Reno students and alumni can access these internship and career listings.
Contact your academic department/advisor for available internships in your field of study. Some departments have structured internship programs. Faculty members are excellent resource persons and can be extremely helpful in providing suggestions regarding internship possibilities.
Subscribe to Career Development's e-Newsletter by entering your email address and selecting "subscribe" HERE. You may also stop by 200 Thompson for more information.
For suggestions on how to conduct your own internship search, download our brochure Creating Your Own Internship.
Plan to attend Career Development's Career and Internship Fairs to speak directly to employers hiring interns.
The Career Resource Library in Career Development (200 Thompson) has several internship directories that list employers who have ongoing internship programs.
