The Graudate School Fair Networking Reception will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Joe Crowley Student Union Great Room. You are invited to attend the Reception to meet some of our outstanding students from the various colleges. Food and beverages will be provided and a shuttle bus will bring you to the campus from Harrah's Hotel. The event will be hosted by the University of Nevada Graduate School in partnership with University of Nevada, Career Development.

You may ship your materials to us in advance and we'll have your boxes waiting at your table. Please follow these instructions to ensure the delivery of your materials:

Guidelines for Shipping Materials:	1. Materials should be delivered to us no later than Tuesday, September 17, 2008. There is no guarantee late deliveries will be transported to the venue. 2. Please do not assume your shipment was delivered. Confirm and track all shipments with your vendor (FedEx and UPS are recommended). 3. Follow this caveat: "If you can't lift it, please don't send it." 4. Please clearly label each item with your school's name and department.
Leaving a Box at the End of the Fair: (FedEx and UPS Only)	If you would like us to ship your box after the fair, you must use FedEx or UPS and attach a brand new completed shipping label and list your own account number as the one paying the shipping bill. Otherwise, we will not ship it for you. Please leave the box at your table. Do not expect overnight delivery. It could take several days before it arrives at the destination.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not available two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to any Career Development event. Before this timeframe, school representatives may request a refund of fees paid, minus $25 processing fee.

Graduate School Fair Walk-On Registration Policy: If a table becomes available, Career Development will release that table 15 minutes into the fair to the school recruiter who made the first walk-on request.

Graduate School Fair Late Arrivals, "No-Show", Cancellation, and Refund Policies: Please call Career Development (775-784-4678) if you know you are arriving late! Without notifiction, Career Development will wait 15 minutes after the fair opens as the cut-off time to determine a "no-show;" your table will be released to the first walk-on. Cancellations must be arranged in advance. See refund policy for more information.
