Rental Shop
The CRW Rental Shop is open to the students, faculty and staff of NSHE. Anyone wishing to rent equipment must present a valid University ID. All equipment rentals require a check or credit card deposit for 50 percent of the replacement cost of the equipment. Deposit must be paid by renter. Daily rates are for a 24-hour period. Three-day holiday weekends are charged at the standard weekend rate.
Your Responsibility
We stock the best equipment available, and we are always trying to increase what we have to offer. We ask that you treat the equipment with respect and return it in the same condition that it was in when you picked it up. Equipment must be returned by renter. You will be charged for any damaged, dirty, wet, lost, or stolen equipment.
Rental Hours
Equipment may be rented during normal operating hours minus 1 hour before closing for returns to allow for inspection.
