CUB CORPS Spring 2017
Cub Corps is a beginner's course intended to get you up to speed with fundamental functional movemebts and strenght and conditioning exercises.

Must attend three times a week. Attendance times and days may be mixed. 12 of 15 classes to be completed in order to graduate from the program.
Day 1: Monday or Tuesday = Same Workout
Day 2: Wednesday or Thursday = Same Workout
Day 3: Friday = Mandatory Workout
