Mellophones
About the Section
Caleb Smith - Section Leader
We may be a small section, but that doesn't mean that the mellophones are the most important section to any excellent marching band. What's a good marching show with a good horn lick or two? In the Wolf Pack Marching band the mellophones are a small key group of players who look at each other like a family. The music the marching band plays always has a fun, intense horn part and in our laid back sectionals we practice our parts and bond as a section. We live on food runs together and like to spend a lot of time together as friends outside of band. Be a part of the mellophone section, were we are not just the best/most important section in the band but the best family you will have.
