"Changing Channels", digital photographs, various sizes, 1986-87

A series of 15 works, each created from snapshots of portions of digital image, such as the image below, right. Many hundreds of 4x6" snapshots were assembled to create a variety of pieces which created a gallery installationof framed prints. The source imagery was originally collected using a VCR to record video while randomly changing channels while watching cable TV.
