"Doing My Taxes - In the Red and the Black" Sumi ink on sumi paper, 18"x30'

Utilizing the "Artist's Mouse", I spent two days on the computer, April 13th and 14th, compiling my financial records for the year 2000 and inputting all information into "Turbo Tax 2000". The marks on the paper were defined by the process of inputting information and completing the return. I used red ink when we were "in the red", black when we were "in the black". The piece is designed to be displayed attached high on a wall, rolling out onto the floor of a given space(the overall length is 30 feet).
