The University of Nevada, Reno Arboretum Board welcomes participation by faculty, staff, alumni, students, and community members. The Board currently meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in Fleischmann Ag room 214, however, the meeting schedule is dependent on the schedules of the members so is subject to change.

Arbor Day

The Arboretum Board sponsors an annual Arbor Day celebration on the Quad. Activities typically include tree climbing, and bonsai demonstrations, and informational displays.

Arbor Day is a national celebration sponsored by the National Arbor Day Foundation.
