Field School in Collaborative Archaeology
UNR Anthropology will conduct a field school in collaborative archaeology at the Stewart Indian School in Carson City, Nevada, from July 15th to August 15th, 2013. There, students will learn fundamental skills including archaeological survey, site mapping and recording, excavation, field laboratory methods, oral history, and collaborating with descendant communities.
