Payroll checks for any University employee may be deposited into their checking account or savings account. These deposits may be made to any bank or credit union within the continental United States. Accounts will be credited by the financial institution on the university payday. Payroll will send each employee an advice showing when and where the deposit was made, how much it was, the gross pay and deductions from that pay. Direct deposit authorization slips are available in the Payroll office.
