Classified and technical employees will be paid semimonthly in conformity with a completed PAF, Personnel Action Form. Salary checks shall be distributed on the 25th of the month for the period ending on the 15th and on the 10th of the month for the period ending on the last day of the month or the last working day prior to these dates. Salary checks will not be distributed at any other time nor will advances be made against payroll.
