Any university activity which charges for providing goods and/or services to other departments and/or accounts on campus is considered a "recharge center." Any recharge center which has recharges for goods or services must adhere to the guidelines for establishing costs of a recharge center to be borne by users. More information can be found at the Campus Business website under policies and procedures.
