Scholarly reports and other work of a noncommercial nature not directly related to a campus activity may be duplicated by University Copy Center in conformity with the following guidelines:

1. Announcements and programs for activities jointly sponsored by a university academic department, college, or division may be prepared by University Copy Center at the request of the dean or department chair of the academic department, college, or division.
2. State appropriated funds accounts may not be charged for this type of work; therefore, other arrangements for payment must be made.
3. Acceptance and scheduling of such work will depend upon the existing workload.
4. All work of this nature must be scheduled through the University Copy Center.
