To begin the reclassification process, an NPD-19 Position Questionnaire form must be completed and signed by the employee, the appropriate appointing authority, and Planning, Budget and Analysis prior to any personnel action being taken. If there are insufficient funds to cover any resulting reclassification, then higher-level duties and responsibilities cannot be assigned or must be removed from the position. The completed and approved form is to be submitted to BCN Human Resources.
