Introduction

The University must address five specific components in standard five. These components deal with library support for teaching, learning, and research; with quality, depth, diversity, and currency of library and information resources; with library facilities, equipment, and personnel; with the adequacy of staffing in the area of information resources; and demonstrate how the support of the educational program of the institution is regularly assessed.
