My lab group focuses on development of behavioral technologies to improve human performance in complex organizations. Research interests span a wide range of topics from fairly molecular analyses of individual behaviors in well-controlled environments to large-scale analyses of organizational behaviors in complex systems. A guiding principle is to develop viable behavioral technologies ready for transfer to users demanding tested solutions able to meet real world standards.
Technologies of interest include:
- Instructional materials including interactive multi-media systems,
- Incentive/reinforcement systems,
- Data control technologies & decision-support tools.
Applications of interest include:
- Occupational health and safety,
