Recital Policies
A student wishing to schedule a recital should meet with his/her applied instructor early in the year to select a tentative date. Once a date has been selected, it is then the responsibility of the student to complete the Student Recital Scheduling Form.
Practice Rooms
Practice rooms are strictly available to music majors or students enrolled in music classes on a priority-need basis. Visit the Department Office to receive your access code. Practice room scheduling occurs at the beginning of each semester. Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the practice rooms. The Department reserves the right to rescind practice room privileges from any individual.
Official Departmental Forms & Fees
There are departmental forms that need to be submitted, including the Practice Room Key Form, the Student Recital Scheduling Form, the Undergraduate Scholarship Application Form, Nightingale Concert Hall Reservation Forms, Non-Required Recital Scheduling Forms, and others. Fees are associated with some of these forms.
